Founded in 2017
As a hub for health technology innovation, we facilitate the development of novel medical devices and healthcare technologies across the University system and CHOP and play a critical role in connecting and training innovators. We focus our effort in three main areas:
- Facilitating discovery, development, and commercialization of health technology innovations to address important unmet clinical needs.
- Identifying, engaging, and connecting innovators and health technology ecosystem partners to enable a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Educating and training the next generation of health technology innovators.

Eligibility
Applicants must be Penn or CHOP faculty or staff. Please use you University of Pennsylvania, Penn Medicine, or Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia email address to register and gain access to our funding programs.
Additional individual may be added as collaborators for the applications. There is no eligibility requirement for collaborators. They are permitted to view, edit, and submit the application.
